Position 1: Junior Internal Auditor
- Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with 2 years of experience in Banking operations
- The Junior Internal Auditor is responsible to perform audit at a bank branch, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting auditees’ processes and procedures. He/she conducts interviews, surveys, reviews documents, and prepares working papers, identifies, develops, and documents audit issues and recommendations for improvement using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed, compiles and prepares reports of audit findings.
- Place of Work: Bilal Branch (Under Dessie District)
Position 2: Administrative Assistant
- Educational Level and work Experience: BA/Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management/ Administrative Service Management with two/four years related work experience.
- The Administrative Assistant is responsible for registering and filing Letters, minutes, circulars, memoranda and other materials. Screens visitors, schedules appointments and arranges telephone contacts to and from supervisor. Keeps custody of correspondent files, other confidential materials and petty cash, opens, sorts and routes incoming mail
- Place of Work: Head Office/Adama District
Position 3: Management Assistant
- Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management, Administrative Service Management with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
- Management Assistant is responsible to perform basic knowledge in secretarial duties (organizing records, typing skills, computer basic knowledge & skills, Customer handling & communication skill); registers and files letters, minutes, circulars, memoranda and manage office equipment, screens visitors, schedules appointments and arranges telephone contacts to and from supervisor

Position 4: Building Management Officer (Mechanical)
- Educational Level and work Experience: BSC Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years’ experience (Preferably in Banking Industry).
- Building Management Officer (Mechanical) is responsible for Preparing technical specification for different mechanical equipment’s & vehicles as per the bank standard requirement. Analysis and evaluate tender /bid documents. Prepare technical evaluation report document to the procurement and facilities department. Provides technical justifications on bid evaluation report. Provides technical advice to the procurement and facilities department on the existing and newly purchased mechanical equipment’s & vehicles. Conduct Inspection and approval work the purchased mechanical equipment’s & vehicles. Provide professional guidance and assistance whenever required

Position 5: Senior IT Auditor
- Educational Level and work Experience: B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or other Information Technology related fields with a minimum 4 years relevant work experience
- Senior IT Auditor is responsible to plan the objectives, scope and methodology of audit and prepare an audit program. Performs audit by evaluating the IT functions and systems from the perspectives of security (confidentiality, integrity and availability), quality (effectiveness and efficiency), fiduciary (compliance and reliability), service and capacity. Identifies, develops, and documents audit issues and recommendations for improvement using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed. Prepares and delivers spoken and written presentations to the auditee’s management during and at the conclusion of the examination, discuss on the findings and forward recommendations. Conduct special investigation/fraud investigation audit

Position 6: Senior Building Management Officer
- Educational Level and work Experience: BSC Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management or any relevant field of study with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in in Architectural Design, Supervision & Quantity Surveying. Experience in banking industry is Advantageous
- Senior Building Management Officer is responsible for Preparing Interior Design for office, Prepare Branch Layout and Design, Prepare specification & Quantity of works to be done, Supervision of construction works, Prepare payments for the executed amount of works, Check any of the construction works against the given specification

Position 8: Branch Manager Grade I
- Educational Level and work Experience: BA in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance or Business Administration or other business related field of study with 4 years work experience in banking operations, out of which (2) years in supervisory position.
- The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, and follows-up and evaluates Branch’s operations/targets on established performance parameters. He/she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality service. He/she identifies and recruits potential customers and provides professional advice.
