The Zemen Bank Share Company wants to recruit employees in the following vacant positions the details of which are mentioned below.

 Customer Service Representative I

  • The purpose of this job is to provide clients/ gusts with primary level information about the bank and respective units’ function;
  • to maintain the office look and ambiance and ensure its convenience and attractiveness;
  • to facilitate the works of the department to which she/ he is assigned by planning their office supplies requirement and availing stationery and related items;
  • to perform secretarial duties; to organize the departmental records and correspondences with internal and external customers.
  • Educational Qualification Required:  B A in Marketing Management, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, Management, Administrative Service Management or in related business fields.
  • Only Graduate of 2021
  • CGPA 3.00 and above
  • Minimum Work Experience: Not Required
