- Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities:
- Effectively cooperating with the staff of the finance team
- Supports in Accounting and administrative activities.
Tasks:
- Supports compiling and submitting complete financial documents to GIZ Office under the guidance of Finance specialist
- Supports filing financial and contract documents according to GIZ rules and regulation
- Handles photocopying, scanning, binding, and sorting of documents
- Assists the finance team in preparing monthly withholding receipts and VAT registration on time.
- Supports the VAT claiming process
- Supports the Tax Report preparation
- Supports physical inventory count
- Returns office payment vouchers intact after using them for reference to the archive.
- Performs other duties and tasks, as assigned by the Finance specialist, whenever necessary

Qualifications
- BA degree in Accounting and Finance, Business administration or related fields.
- Fresh graduate, no occupational experience
Other knowledge, additional competencies
- Knowledge of English language both in speaking and writing.
- Excellent working knowledge of ITC technologies (E-mail, internet, and computer applications such as MS Office)
- Strong interpersonal and service skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
