The Abay Bank Share Company (ABSC) wants to recruit employees in the following vacant positions the details of which are mentioned below.

The CSO attends customer inquires, handeles payments and collections, works on deposit mobilization and searches for potentioal customers, checks, signes and countersignes on titikets, ensures that correct receipts, and advices are issued to customers for all transactions, balances daily cash positions.

1: Customer Service Officers (CSO) – II

  • The CSO attends customer inquires,
  • handeles payments and collections,
  • works on deposit mobilization and searches for potentioal customers,
  • checks, signes and countersignes on titikets,
  • ensures that correct receipts, and advices are issued to customers for all transactions,
  • balances daily cash positions.
  • Required Education: Minimum BA degree in Accounting or Business Management or Management or Banking and Finance or Economics and/or related Departments.
  • Only Graduates of 2020 and 2021.
  • CGPA 2.75, and above
  • Writing and speaking of either Somali or Affan Oromo language ablity is mandatory
  • Place of Work Branches under Dire Dawa District
  • Salary: Attractive and per the Bank’s Scale
