1: Compliant Management Officer-I

Qualification: B.A in Management, Marketing, Economics or related field with three (3) years of relevant work experience in the area of Customer Compliant Management.
Additional Skills required:-
Proficiency in English, Amharic, Oromifa, Tigrigna and Somali language.

2: Sr. Compliant Management Officer

Qualification: B.A in Management, Marketing, Economics or related field with Four (4) years of relevant work experience in the area of Customer Compliant Management.
Additional Skills required:-
Proficiency in English, Amharic, Oromifa, Tigrigna and Somali language.

3: Principal Multimedia Officer

To update the banks website, digital platform and use various types of graphic designs, and share any valuable information about the bank’s product, service and performance through the platform to the targeted population with the aim of enhancing the bank’s goodwill and market share.
Qualification: B.A Degree in Marketing, Management Information System, Information Technology, Journalism or related field with Six (6) years of relevant work experience.

4: Branch Manager III- (Re-Advertised)

Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting , Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with four(4)/six(6) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.

5: Branch Manager III

Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting , Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with four(4)/six(6) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.

6: Branch Manager I

Job Porpose: To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.
Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting , Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with six(6)/Eight(8) years of relevant work experience; of which two years of experience should be as Branch manager II.
