Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting ,  Management,  Business Administration, Economics or related field with four(4)/six(6) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor. 2 XIV Bore & Newland Branches
2 Branch Manager III-IFB To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.

To supervises the overall cash duty of the Branch; ensures that daily balance of cash agrees with the general ledger; attends to the Bank’s prominent customers.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with four (4) years of relevant work experience. 3 XII Tepi, Pugnido and Terpham Branches
4 Sr. Digital Banking Operation Officer  

 

To support the smooth operations of the Bank’s E-banking services by reconciling, clearing and settling E-banking transactions.

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration or related field with Four (4) years of relevant work experience out of which one year as Digital Banking Operations Officer I. 1 XII Northern Regional Office – Mekelle
5 Sr. Customer Service Officer-II  

 

To supervises the overall cash duty of the Branch; ensures that daily balance of cash agrees with the general ledger; attends to the Bank’s prominent customers.
