  • Monitoring spending and budgets
  • Financial forecasting and risk analysis

  • POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Education-Master’s degree in development studies, rural development, agronomist, Business administration, project management and other social sciences or a related field

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and ethically in settings with remote and rural
  • communities and with technical and administrative staff and consultants

  • colleagues and build strong professional relationships and networks;
