  • Gender: Only Female
  • Salary & Benefits: Based on the organizational scale 
  • ualifications:
    • University degree in Psychology, Social psychology, mental health, psychiatric nursing, and  related field;
    • With a minimum of 2 years experience in gender-based violence prevention and response.
    • Practical experience in working with gender-based survival.
    • Attended training on GBV and is aware of protection and response issues.
    • Experience working with GBV cases.

    Required Languages – English and Amharic

    Skills:

    • Flexible and willing to work in rural communities especially field-based.
    • Good interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with all staff and key stakeholders externally.
    • Able to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization, including relevant staff working for the GNE.

Position 4: Project Assitant

  • Responsible To: ODA Department
  • Term of Employment: Fixed term (6 months or more)

  • Qualifications and Background:
    • University degree in Management, Accounting and finance, and  related fields;
    • With a minimum of 2 years experience in project assistance.

    Required Languages – English and Amharic

    • Demonstrated capacity to undertake assigned responsibilities and work under pressure;
    • An excellent team player.
