Scholarship Funding
Gates Cambridge scholarship covers all the costs of studying with the following additional benefits:
- University Composition Fee
- Maintainance Allowance of £20,000 for 12 months
- For PhD Scholars, the maintenance allowance is for 4 years
- Airfare ticket for the beginning and end of the course
- Visa costs, Immigration Health Surcharge
Additional Funding
- The trust also offers several types of additional funding:
- Academic Development funding of £500 to up to £2,000 to attend courses and conferences
- Children allowance of £11,604 for one child and for more than one child, £16,548.
- Allowance for the Field work as a part of your PhD.
- Hardship funding
