- Minimum qualification and work experience: B.A Degree in human resource management, Management or other Business related fields with 4 years of experience out of which 2 years as Junior Human Resource officer
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Human Resource Development Officer
- Minimum qualification and work experience: Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields with 3/5 years of experience respectively of which 2 year as training and development officer.
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Manager, Human Resource Development
- Minimum qualification and work experience: Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields with 6/8 years of experience respectively of which 2 year as senior officer/Team leader in training and development area.
- Location: Head Office
- Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
