1:Sales Supervisor
- Recruiting, Training and onboarding sales and installer agents.
- Responsible for finalizing contract and paper works of sales and installer agents.
- Mentoring and Supervising sales and installer agents.
- Organizing activation, sales and lead development campaigns in all active locations.
- Dispatching and tracking equipment’s which are used for sales and marketing activities and generate reports.
- Making sure all sales and installer agents deliver the service according to the company standard.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate sales strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives and market characteristics.
- Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sales and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
- Leasing and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, sales & installer partners, suppliers and partner organizations.
- Generating daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports and report back to immediate supervisor and senior management.
- Field of Study:- Marketing / Business and Economics and other related field
