The Bank has amassed almost 735 million birr in paid-up capital from a total of 2.9 billion birr subscribed shares through 373 shareholders. Tsehay Bank is among around a dozen banks that are currently under formation in the country.

- Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer

Position 2: Senior Mechanical Engineer
- A minimum of BSc degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Mechanical Engineering or related field of discipline
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of banking experience with at least 2 years’ service as Mechanical Engineer
- Place of work:Head Office
Position 3: Principal Credit Follow up and Portfolio Management Officer
- A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline
- Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience with at least 2-year service as Senior Credit Follow up and Portfolio Management Officer
Position 4: Principal Credit Analyst
- A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, or related field of discipline
- Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience with at least 2-year service as Senior Credit Analyst
