Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate must fulfill the following conditions to qualify for the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Scholarship 2025,

Candidate must be enrolled or admitted into a PhD program that is full-time during the first or second year.
The subject of study should have a deep relationship to the humanities, social sciences, or human sciences and be especially relevant to Canada’s future.
One of the Foundation’s four themes—Human Rights and Dignity, Responsible Citizenship, Canada and the World, or People and their Natural Environment—must be fixed in at least one doctoral thesis.
