1: Chief of Party -Ethiopia PHC Programme
- Required Education and Work Experience:
- Advanced degree in public health, social sciences, or related field.
- Over 10 years of progressive program management experience overseeing USAID funded projects.
- Professional experience working in a senior management position for USAID-funded projects.
- Experience in program management and administration, financial management, award compliance and sub award management, and tracking activity performance and costs.
- Experience leading strategic partnerships and working collaboratively with donors, Government institutions, and international organizations.
- Demonstrated depth and breadth of public health expertise and experience, including strong relationships with the Ethiopia MOH, USAID and other relevant stakeholders.
- Experience leading, managing, and developing direct reports within a matrix culture.

2: Deputy Chief of Party – Ethiopia PHC Programme
- Required Education and Experience
- Demonstrated depth and breadth of relevant technical expertise and experience, interpersonal skills and professional relationships, including strong relationships with USAID, the Ethiopia MOH, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Experience in program management and administration, financial management, award compliance and sub award management, and tracking activity performance and costs.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in working collaboratively with other donors, Government institutions, and international organizations.
- Oral and Written proficiency using Amharic and English.
- Demonstrated commitment to family planning, reproductive health services, gender, maternal, child health services, and eradication of harmful traditional practices.

3: MEL Director – Ethiopia PHC Programme
- Required Education, Training and Experience:
- A master’s degree in epidemiology, statistics, or health related field; doctorate preferred.
- Minimum of six years of relevant experience in MEL for USAID-funded large-scale health programs of a similar size.
- Experience leading MEL for previous projects focused on public health
- Experience interacting with Ethiopian agencies, including central and local government, development partners, civil society, and community-based organizations is essential.
- Experience working with DHIS2, and other data system platforms.
- Written and oral proficiency in English and Amharic
