Position 1: Community Liaison Officer
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
- Must have a sound understanding of expatriate (and preferably diplomatic) life
- You must be able to demonstrate excellent written and spoken English
- Must be comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook
- You will need to be able to work independently, using initiative and problem solving skills
- The successful candidate must be sympathetic, discrete and a good listener

Position 2: Technical Advisor
- International Health Regulations Strengthening Project – Technical Advisor: Public Health Workforce Development (UKHSA) – (15/22 ADD).
- Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
- Postgraduate qualification in Public Health and or other relevant professional qualification or experience
- Experience of devising, implementing and delivering public health workforce initiatives across various countries and/or organizations
- Extensive experience of working in the field of public health workforce development in Africa, preferably in a multilateral organization
- Proven track record of cross-team and cross organisation collaboration, ability to build and nurture key relationships and maintain effective networks
- Experience of organizing and managing events at a regional and global levels
- Knowledge of, and a keen interest in the health sector and cultural in Africa
- Experience of working in or with senior stakeholders in government ministries, departments, or agencies and similar institutions in Africa
