Timișoara, Romania, will host the Youth Summer Fest’s fifth edition.
Youth Summer Fest 2026, a fully financed summer movement where young people learn by doing, create experiences for other young people, and transform their enthusiasm into tangible effects. It’s more than just a festival! It’s a festival of learning. Here, you do more than simply “help out”; you develop, try new things, facilitate, think, and advance your abilities while enjoying a fantastic summer. Timișoara and Lugoj are transformed into a playground for creativity, teamwork, and a sense of community by a group of committed volunteers.
Welcome to Timișoara, Romania’s fifth edition of Youth Summer Fest, a summertime movement where young people learn by doing, create experiences for other young people, and transform their energy into tangible effects. YSF has been bringing together local and foreign volunteers in a dynamic setting for learning and interaction since 2022. Everything is planned #ByYouForYouth, including public festivities, concerts, interactive workshops, educational seminars, and enjoyable challenges.

Financial Benefits:
Youth Summer Fest Program 2026 in Romania for international applicants covers:
- Accommodation in a Timișoara student dorm.
- Facilities: Shared kitchens, baths, and bedrooms are part of the living arrangements.
- Stipend: Each day, participants will receive nine euros for food and pocket money.
- Travel Reimbursement: Using the official Erasmus+ distance band calculation, travel expenditures will be reimbursed.
- Please be aware that the program (if applicable) does not cover visa fees.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The age range of the applicants must be 18 to 30 years.
- Candidates must be capable of conversing in English.
- Event Management: Passionate about organizing and advertising events.
- Active Participation: Interested in planning and taking part in different initiatives.
- Facilitation Skills: Able to lead informal learning activities or motivated to do so.
