The establishment of the modern administration had not been accompanied by a personnel rule and regulations which led the administration of government offices to be based on the goodwill of each government official and the clergy of the time. The government official’s prime objective was to promote the personal interest of the clergy and the nobility rather than the development and democratic demands of the majority of poor. This situation enhanced wide dissatisfaction and frustration among the mass. This situation prevailed for about half a century.

Students that have shown academic excellence and strong character are considered ideal candidates for the Alan and Jane Handler Endowed Scholarship. Given to students with financial needs, this scholarship covers all costs of college, down to travel and personal expenses.
Full-ride scholarships are available privately as well. These scholarships often require students to study in a specific state or specific school and may require students to study in a specific field.

Students who have completed at least one semester at Anhalt University, received good or very good grades, and actively participated in volunteer international or social activities are eligible for the Scholarship for Particularly Committed Students. If you attend another university, are applying from overseas, require finance for a full degree, or are unable to obtain a recommendation from a professor at Anhalt University, you should pass up this chance.
Supporting recently arrived international students, participating in buddy programs, or supporting acknowledged intercultural and social efforts are a few examples. Attending university activities alone might not show a significant level of devotion; thus, your involvement should be provable. The grant is meant to assist eligible overseas students in finishing their degrees or to honor students who contribute significantly to the university community through voluntary work.
