The Bank has amassed almost 735 million birr in paid-up capital from a total of 2.9 billion birr subscribed shares through 373 shareholders. Tsehay Bank is among around a dozen banks that are currently under formation in the country.

1. Job Position- Principal Learning and Development Officer
- Qualification- A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields of discipline from recognized higher learning institution
- Experience- A minimum of 6 years of HR experience out of which, two years as Senior Learning and Development Officer or equivalent in one of the learning and development functions
2. Job Position- Senior Learning and Development Officer
- Qualification- minimum of bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields of discipline from recognized higher learning institution
- Experience- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Learning and Development Officer or equivalent in one of the learning and development functions
3. Job Position- Accounts & Reconciliation Officer
- Qualification:- minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance or related field of discipline
- Experience- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ of experience as Junior Accounts & Reconciliation Officer /Junior Accountant/ Junior Financial Reporting Officer
4. Job Position- Financial Reporting Officer
- Qualification- A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance or related field of discipline
- Experience-Must have a minimum of 2 years’ of experience as Junior Financial Reporting Officer or Junior Accountant
5. Job Position- Senior Human Resource Management Officer
- Qualification- minimum of bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields of discipline from recognized higher learning institution
- Experience- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Human Resource Management Officer
