The Bank commenced the operation in 28 October 1999 by 27 employees. It joined the banking industry as the sixth private bank licensed in the country.

3 years of banking work experience, of which 2 years as Jr. Branch Controller, CSO, Jr. CRO, or other equivalent core banking business-related positions. - Place of work: Newly to be Opened Mosho Branch (Under Jimma District)
Position 2: Banking Business Manager
- Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.
3 years of banking work experience, of which 1 year as BBO (CSO), Associate Branch Controller (Internal Control Officer), or 3 years as Jr. Branch Controller, Jr. CRO, or other equivalent core banking business-related positions. - Place of work: Newly to be Opened Mosho Branch (Under Jimma District)
Position 3: Branch Manager
- Qualification & Experience: MA/B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.
