1: Content and Program Producer ( for YouTube channel )
- Preferred experience & skills: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in, Broadcast Journalism, Communications, Social Media, Digital Marketing ,Video Production, Film or any social science field with a minimum of four years of broadcast media/YouTube channel production experience.
- An interested individual who has a special talent on youtube video production can also apply.

- In this role, you will:
- Create content and campaigns that are user-centric / insights based, brand relevant, and match our youtube channel strategies/Ethiopian Reporter Youtube /
- Drive, manage, and deliver video productions of different scales on the following platforms: YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, Twitter, etc, both by ordering content from others as well as producing it hands-on yourself
- Through great collaboration deliver top-notch content that follows the latest industry trends and standards.
- Analyze and stay on top of social and cultural trends and news
- Proven track record of successful productions, with broadcast media or youtube channel preferably
- Great eye for detail and excellent communication skills
- Project management experience

2: Cameraman/Cinematographer
- Diploma and above in Videography and Photography or in other related fields with a minimum of 4 years’ of experience working as a Cameraman/Camera Operator Or Level III/IV Certificate in Film Production/Fine Arts/Cinematography/videography or related fields with a minimum of six years of experience.
- The applicants must have desirable skill, knowledge and attributes.

- Preferred experience & skills: BA/BSC degree /College Diploma or Level III/IV Certificate in audio-visual, graphic design, animation ,Film Production/Fine Arts/Cinematography/Video editing or related fields with a minimum of five years of experience.
- Experience:- 2 years for BA /6 years of relevant experience for DiplomaRequired Competence
- Editor/camera man is responsible in editing audio video materials, operating audiovisual equipment , video recording and shooting script development, maintenance of records and other functions related with the operation and usage of audio visual equipments
- Additional Skills: Who are able to process:
- Video Editing Software proficiency: • Animation • Motion Picture •3d MAX • After Effect • Adobe Premium • Adobe Photoshop
