- Under close direction of Director – Marketing Communication Department, the Division Manager is responsible to analyze market trends, digital analytics to optimize campaigns and improve online visibility and engagement, driving brand awareness, and customer acquisition, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization in the digital landscape.
Requirements
- Masters/First Degree in Journalism / English literature /Management/Accounting/related fields; 8/9 years of relevant banking experience; 3/4 of which on supervisory positions;
- Proven experience in management or leadership role within the Banking industry;
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, regulations, and industry trends;
- Excellent leadership and managerial as well as communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities to identify issues & develop effective solutions
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
