Responsibilities:
Coordinate the methodological aspects of the evaluation.

Lead and participate in PowerPoint preparation and presentation of evaluation design, write-up, and preparation of high-quality reports, presenting evaluation findings and recommendations to Mission and other relevant stakeholders.
Work closely with team members to ensure effective coordination and collaboration.
Guide team members, promoting a positive and productive working environment.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and address any performance issues.
Guide effective collaboration with the implementing partner of the activity to ensure timely and accurate reporting of evaluation results.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in renewable energy, electrical engineering, or other relevant fields is required.
Minimum eight years of experience in the field of solar photo voltage (PV) installations, including grid-connected, off-grid, PV diesel and hybrid installations with battery storage required.
Experience in leading data collection, analysis, and interpretation using quantitative and qualitative methods required.
Experience in team management, assessment/evaluation design, and implementation required.
Experience in determining cost benefit analysis of solar service provisions is preferred.
Experience leading assessments/evaluations of a similar nature and leading assessment/evaluation team members with different backgrounds.
Experience conducting baselines, assessments, and evaluations in East Africa, preferably Djibouti.
Familiarity with USAID Evaluation Standards and requirements required.

About St. Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College
St Paul’s Millennium Medical College, as it is known today, was established through a decree of the Council of Ministers in 2010, although the medical school opened in 2007 and the hospital was established in 1968 by the late Emperor Haile Selassie. Eligibility for the University of Winnipeg President Scholarship:
By receiving this scholarship, the following standings and conditions must be fulfilled by the applicants which are given as follows:
All International Students are eligible for this Scholarship.
Applicants must have a minimum of 80% admission average or equivalent.
Experience in Research for Master’s program.
Entering the first year of any program/school.
Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities.
English Proficiency is required to apply for Canadian Scholarships.
