Qualifications
- Education: Diploma/ 1st Degree in Agri-Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Rural Development, and Project Management.
- Work Experience: 0 years of relevant experience for first Degree holders and 2years for Diploma holders.
Desirable Language Skills: Good command of English, local languages, and Amharic languages is required.
Competences and Skills:
- Previous experience of implementing participatory and organizing community mobilizations on the communities will be advantageous
- Previous experience of implementing of livelihoods activity will be an asset
- Previous experience working in similar remote project intervention woredas and adoptable under different context work pressure.
- Excellent Communication skill
- Community mobilization skill and partnership concept
- Good in teamwork, ability to work in hard-to-reach area and in high workload.
