Université Paris-Saclay Eiffel Scholarship 2027 for International Students: Applications are invited to apply for the Université Paris-Saclay Eiffel Scholarship 2027 in France. Outstanding international students are welcome to apply. Dual citizens of France are not eligible. Candidates for master’s degrees cannot currently be enrolled in classes in France. Along with other services, the institution offers monthly funding of €1,200 for master’s degree winners and €2,100 for doctorate recipients. This year, its doctoral program only offers 12- to 18-month financing for overseas joint-doctoral programs.

The France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship 2027–2028 at Université Paris-Saclay is open to international master’s and doctoral candidates in France. You should apply through ADUM with a cotutelle agreement or evidence that one is being created, depending on your degree. Master’s applicants should approach the program coordinator.

Don’t assume that Paris-Saclay offers every national Eiffel choice. This PhD program only provides funding for 12 to 18 months and calls for a cotutelle project. The specified local restriction cannot be satisfied by a typical co-supervision structure alone. Your ambitions may also be derailed by several final institutional nominations, conflicting scholarship combinations, or failing to complete the separate degree-admission process.

  • Your admission year is followed by master’s support; a portion of an international joint PhD is funded by doctoral support. A legal agreement for joint supervision and PhD qualification between French and foreign universities is known as a “cotutelle.” During this campaign, Paris-Saclay is not providing the national 36-month Eiffel PhD path.
Paris-Saclay route Maximum Eiffel period Funding decision
Master 1 24 months Plan for the full two-year degree, subject to scholarship rules.
Master 2 12 months Support concerns the second master’s year.
Cotutelle PhD, year 1 or 2 18 months Show how the rest of the doctorate will be financed.
Cotutelle PhD, year 2 or 3 12 months The remaining doctoral period needs other compatible support.
  • Eiffel does not pay school bills or guarantee free rent, but it does offer travel, insurance, and housing search services.
  • The French Government Scholarship regulations exempt eligible national degree registration fees at eligible public institutions; other program fees must be taken into account separately.
  • While the downloadable English regulations still indicate €2,000, Paris-Saclay and Campus France’s overview reports €2,100 per month for PhD recipients. Before depending on the higher sum, get confirmation of the appropriate rate.
