Position 1: Customer Service Officer I
- B.A Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Business Management, Management, or Agriculture other related field Work experience;
- 1 year Microfinance Customer service/Loan officer,
- 2 year as sales or Marketing, Social worker in any organization, Agriculture Development Agent
Or Level IV (COC) in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Management, Agriculture or other related field Work Experience; - 2 years direct work experience in microfinance as customer service officer
- 3 years as sales or marketing experience
- Language proficiency: Fluent communication in English, Amharic and Afaan Oromo language is required.
- Number of Required = 4

Position 2: Accountant I
- B.A Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Business Management, Management, Economics Work Experience;
- 1 year direct work experience in microfinance as accountant
- 3 year in any financial organization as accountant
Or Level IV (COC) in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Management, or related Work experience; - 2 year direct work experience in microfinance as accountant
- 4 year in any financial organization as accountant
