Position: Program Facilitator

  • QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum educational requirement:  First Degree / Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration, Banking, MBA and Finance or related fields;
  • Minimum experience required: Four years for Diploma and two years for Degree holders, Demonstrated experience in disbursement related activities in NGO setting and knowledge about project funding and compliance requirements;
  • Experience of organizing and assisting workshops, trainings and other events;
  • Willingness experience of working on weekends and out of working hours with extensive filed travels;
  • Good understanding of project implementation process;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal English and Amharic, including business terminology;
  • Excellent and demonstrated skills in computer system, MS-Excel & MS-word;
  • Ability to travel as needed by the program;

Position: Human Resources & Admin Coordinator

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Education: A minimum of BA degree in HRM, Management, Business administration, Public Administration or Related field of studies.
  • Required Experience:
  • Four years of relevant progressive experience out of which three years’ direct in Human Resource Management, Administration in INGO’s.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience of in management of HR, in the NGO environment, including significant field operations experience
  • Reasonable level of proficiency to read, write and communicate in English and Afan Oromo (essential)
  • Qualified Female applicants are highly encouraged to apply
  • Broad understanding programs management and operations
  • Ability to work independently and take personal initiative
  • Strong supervisory management skill
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer software skills
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, required

Position: Coordination Support Lead – Ethiopian Cash Working Group

  • TEAM/PROGRAMME: Cash Working Group / Programme Operations
  • CONTRACT LENGTH:  8 months
  • QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Economics & Agriculture is required,
  • At least ten years of combined field and headquarters experience in different international organizations or projects (e.g. UN agencies, INGOs, IOs, Donors, IFRC or ICRC)
  • Experience providing high-level technical trainings adapted to various skill levels and contexts.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Coordination Architecture in the Cluster Approach in Ethiopia
  • Demonstrable ability to work and represent views across different stakeholders taking part in the ECWG.
  • Demonstrable understanding of international humanitarian response and co-ordination mechanisms.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and creativity in planning and problem solving
  •    Experience of high level co-ordination and facilitation of meetings.
