Position: Planning & Optimization Engineer

  • Your skills and experience

    You have:

    • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (Electrical / Telecommunication) or corresponding experience
    •  Good 4G & 5G understanding in Radio Network Planning and Optimization (NPO), minimum 3 years’ experience
    • Knowledge and practice of Nokia RAN, eNB/gNB parameters, features and counters 

    It would be nice if you also had:

    •  Radio NPO experience in either 2G or 3G
    • E2E understanding of SRAT & SRAN planning principles & SW/HW Knowledge
    • Knowledge of access and IP planning/packet ABIS
    • CIQ Planning and planning inputs required for modernization and layer expansions
    • E2E understanding of BB Dimensioning guidelines for new technology/layer additions

Position 2: CUSTOMER PROJECT MANAGER – MEA NI PMCC/PM Services

  • Qualifications:
  • Solid Technical background in IP, Optics Networks or Fixed Networks.
  • Strong experience in Project management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects, teams and stakeholders.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) in a plus
  • English fluent (oral and written) / French and Arabic are considered as an advantage.
  • Solid Technical background in various technologies (IP, Optics, other transport techno’s, etc…)

    – At least 10 years’ experience in Project / Program management (technical management years may count as well)

    – Proven track record of managing complex projects, teams and interfaces

    – Certified in Project Management (PMP or equivalent); CPM accreditation will be considered a plus

    – Highly flexible, willing to travel and work in various ME & African countries for periods up to 6 months

    – English fluent (oral and written) / French may be an advantage

Position 3: Lead Care Program Manager

  • We are looking an individual who has experience in managing multi-department, business groups, project with interaction in a challenging context.
  • Your skills and experience

    Typically requires 3-6 years extensive relevant experience in leading customer support teams

    You have:

    • Management Experience
    • Achieved well-advanced skills of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and organisational practice or expertise
    • Recognised expert in their field (depth & breadth)

    It would be nice if you also had:

    • Conflict Management Skills
    • Leadership competences in a functional role
    • Crisis management skills in a complex environment

Position 4: Deploy Project Director

  • Project Planning

    · Identify scope, work breakdown and deliverable for the proposed delivery project.

    · Estimating PM effort, and reviewing estimates

    · Estimates the influences and risks of involved subcontractors / partners in the project on a continuous basis and evaluates their financial implications (eg. contract risks, economic, technical and organizational risks, internal / external staffing, approval criteria and handling of change requests).

    · Secures resources for the project (sales gate criteria).

    · Control offer baseline of project management plan-PMP, budget and schedule.

    · Plans the strategy for customer relationship, communication and information transfer for the project

    · Works actively on partner management during the proposal phase, briefing to the partners/subcontractor with respect to expectations of proposal delivery, steering the proposal process, review additional proposal elements.

    · Financial planning of project revenue monthly, quarterly and annually
