- Based on all the 5-year districts in Afar region, Buremodaitu, Gewane, Dalol and Gulina constituencies and Benshangul Gumz in Assosa children, Assosa Hoha, Assosa Megele, Menge and Odabledgul in Kamashia and Metekel Zone all districts in Jijiga City of Somali Region and Meskan Marek 2 in Central Ethiopia Region.
- A polling station that is resident and meets the criteria
- You are over 18 years old
- You have previously served as an election executive
- Those who are not members of a political party
- Those who have an education of 12th grade and above
