Position 1: Manager, Customer Services II

  • Requirements:
    • Educational Background: BA, Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, and other Business-related fields
    • Experience: Minimum of five years relevant Banking experience from which one year on Supervisory level.
    • Language: Proven proficiency of Afaan Oromoo, Amharic and English are Mandatory.
    • Duty Station: under Assela District
    • Robe Didea Branch
    • Shirka Branch
    • Place of Registration: Assela District Office (Assela Town)
    Main Roles and responsibilities
    • Manage and Lead Day to day branch operations with focus on consistent delivery of excellent customer experience.
    • Facilitates the provision of efficient and high-quality service to customers,
    • Works independently and takes ownership of issues, including accurate and proper records management and tactful resolutions for customer’s queries and complaints.
    • Carry out regular customer surveys at the branch to determine customers’ perception and experience of the bank’s service
    • Implement a structure for effective collection, response and resolution of customer feedback / complaints
    • Build Up excellent customer relationship for long-lasting relation with the existing customers
    • Ability to perform error free transaction (attention to detail), Vault and cash management skills
    • Basic Accounting knowledge
    • Ability to meet deadline(commitment)
    • Risk and compliance management skill

  •  Knowledge of overall Banking Operations (Domestic, Foreign, Digital Banking, and Interest Free Banking);
    • Banking Business and Industry Knowledge;
    • Knowledge of Banking Directives, Regulations, and related Proclamations;
    • Customer Relationship Management Skill
    • Ability to advice and direct customers
    • The applicants must have desirable skill, knowledge and attributes.
