1: Contact Center Assistants-Front Office

  • Qualification & Experience:BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or related discipline.
  • Good command of spoken Afar and Somali
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

2: Administrative Assistant I

  • Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Administrative Services Management or related field plus minimum of one (1) year of experience in Secretarial Service.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

3: Manager, Communications and CSR Division

  • Qualification & Experience: Masters Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics related fields,
  • plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant Experience, of which at least 3 years in supervisory position,
  • BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics
  • plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, of which at least 4 years in supervisory role and Training on Marketing Management is an added advantage.
